Core of bagged springs

The interior of the Care Junior children's mattress is divided into two parts. The base is made of Multispring® pocket springs, which provides the appropriate stability and firmness to support the child in their growth.

That the springs are pocketed means that they are individually encapsulated within a fabric bag. This allows the mattress to better adapt to the shape of the body and have an excellent level of breathability. The pocket springs offer a cooler rest, as air circulates through them and they do not retain heat or moisture, preventing sweat, bad odors, and the accumulation of dust mites.

In addition, the pocket springs allow for greater bed independence, meaning that if an adult has to sleep occasionally with the child, one will not notice the movements of the other. The resistance of the pocket spring core is practically lifelong, which guarantees the high durability of the mattress from the transition from crib to bed until adolescence.

What mattress firmness is better for children?

The child mattress must have an adequate firmness, it should not be too hard or too soft because this can cause the child back pain. A pocket spring mattress reinforced with a layer of soft foam will be the best option.

Is it safe for the little ones?

Yes. Being flush with the ground minimizes the risk of falls. Additionally, its robust structure made of pine wood offers stability and durability for daily use.

What recommendations do these structures have?

The recommendations for beds and bases are simple:

Install only indoors, not suitable for outdoor use.
Avoid installing in damp areas.
Should not be placed near heat sources, stoves...as it is a combustible material.
Maximum recommended weight: 80 kg.

Until what age can the children's mattress be used?

Children's mattresses have the ideal firmness for the growth stage that includes from approximately 2 years old until the transition to an adult mattress. There is no age limit for their use. We will detect when a change is necessary based on the child's development and comfort.

When the mattress stops being comfortable and/or the weight of the child or teenager causes it to sink significantly, it will be time to change the mattress. However, all mattresses have a durability of about 10 years from the start of their use, according to the hygiene standards recommended by ASOCAMA. We will ensure a good rest by changing the mattress when appropriate.

What is the difference between the Care mattress and the Care Ultimate mattress?

The difference between the Care mattress and the Care Ultimate mattress lies in the materials and fabrics used. The Care Ultimate mattress is even more breathable, cooler and drier than the Care mattress. Its fabric with Xtra Cool technology made of cold thread, offers a feeling of coolness that does not generate heat, dissipates moisture, and helps regulate temperature. The foam core is also more breathable, as it is very porous and open, and does not retain moisture, keeping the baby dry.

As for functionality, it is the same: both are anti-flat head syndrome mattresses because they reduce pressure on the baby's head by up to 70%, preventing positional plagiocephaly and improving it if the baby already suffers from it. Both are very safe mattresses and also avoid any risk of suffocation. Both have the health certificate from the Spanish Agency of Medicines and Health Products.
