Use and maintenance
This cranometer can be comfortably used at home by any adult. It is not a medical product, so it is not necessary to be a specialist to use it.
It is made of satin cardboard. Clean it with a dry cotton cloth or slightly damp cloth. Do not immerse in water.
Exchanges and returns
Ecus Kids products can be exchanged or returned within a period of 30 calendar days from delivery. If you need to do so, open an incident in your customer area and explain the reason to us, and in case of exchange, the new desired item.

Measures cranial asymmetry
If you are concerned about whether your baby suffers from plagiocephaly, with this cranial meter from Ecus Kids you will be able to measure the possible asymmetry of your baby's head comfortably from home. In the case of such asymmetry existing, it can also serve to monitor the treatment.
Its use is very simple. Place the rubber included with the cranial meter around the baby's head, aligning the center line with the nose. Then place each lower end of the cranial meter from one point to another diagonally. Check the degrees indicated by the cranial meter on one side and the other, and take note to monitor the flat head. If there is a difference in degrees on one side compared to the other, your baby may be suffering from some degree of asymmetry.
It is not a medical product
This baby cranial meter can serve as a first step to know if your baby suffers from plagiocephaly and to what degree, but under no circumstances can it be used to issue a medical treatment to prevent or correct flat head.
At Ecus Kids, we always recommend consulting a pediatrician or child physiotherapist as soon as you have the slightest doubt that your baby may suffer from plagiocephaly, so that it can be diagnosed as soon as possible and the appropriate treatment can be prescribed to correct it. Always follow the medical recommendations provided by the specialist.

Can the accessories be returned or exchanged?
Yes. At Ecus Kids you can make exchanges or returns within 30 calendar days after receiving your item.
Returns of items are free if there is a manufacturing defect. Returns for any other reason have a collection fee of 6 €, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
If what you want is an exchange of item for one of equal or higher value, the exchange will have no cost. If the new item is of lower value, the shipping cost of the new item is 6 €, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
For the Balearic Islands, the cost of exchange or return of items is 9 €.
For the Canary Islands, the cost of exchange or return of items is 15 €.
If the item shows signs of incorrect or improper use, its exchange or return will not be accepted.
Can shipments be made to other countries?
Currently we ship to Spain (mainland, Balearic Islands, and Canary Islands), Portugal (except the islands), mainland France, Germany, Luxembourg, Belgium, the Netherlands, Austria, Finland, and Denmark. Unfortunately, at the moment we do not offer shipping to other countries. We are constantly working to expand our shipping options to more destinations in the future.
When will I receive my order?
Our approximate shipping time is 2 to 3 business days, although if there is no stock break and no defects are detected, we usually ship orders within the next 24 business hours after confirmation.
The approximate shipping time (departure from our facilities) for the children's mattresses and compatible sizes of crib and carrycot mattress, is 5 to 7 business days after confirmation, although as in the previous case, if it is in stock, it would be shipped the next business day.
Subsequently, the destination agency may take between 1 to 3 business days more to deliver it. Therefore, it is normal that, at most, you receive your order within 6 business days after confirmation.
Shipments to the Balearic Islands can have a longer delivery time (between 24 and 72 business hours more than shipments to the mainland). Shipments to the Canary Islands can have a delivery time of 3-5 business days, and in case of not having stock in the Las Palmas warehouse, it could take up to two business weeks.
