Warranty
We thank you for placing your trust in Ecus Kids products to care for the rest of what is most important in your life.
At Ecus Kids, we are specialists in the rest and care of the little ones in the house because we are aware that the natural evolution of our children involves a change in their physical, psychological, and emotional needs and influences their growth, character, and attitude. Therefore, it is logical to think that their resting environment must also evolve alongside them.
Ecus Kids mattresses are developed understanding the child as someone with very specific needs that are different from adults, and they have been designed according to each age and growth rate.
How many years of warranty do the products have?
Ecus Kids provides this warranty in accordance with the provisions of both national and international regulations regarding consumers and users.
All our products are guaranteed at the national level against manufacturing defects for 3 years from the delivery of the product, except for those products for which a different extended period is indicated (5 years warranty in the case of some mattress models), or if the buyer does not qualify as a “consumer and user” (Royal Decree Law 7/2021 of April 27), in which case the warranty will be six months.
Warranty usage recommendations
- When you receive the product, ensure the good condition of the zippers, the fabric, and the core. If there is any part of the mattress with any issue, let us know within the first 24 hours of its receipt.
- It is advisable to unroll the mattress as soon as possible. Keeping it rolled for more than 30 days could hinder the process of recovering its original shape.
- The mattress comes rolled in a protective plastic inside a cardboard box. Cut the plastic carefully not to damage the mattress and place it on a flat surface until it recovers its natural shape. Although it usually recovers quickly, it may take up to 48-72 hours to regain its original size.
- Do not cut or puncture. Keep away from flames.
- Do not expose any of the parts to direct sunlight.
- Use on a firm and breathable base.
- The crib or maxi-crib model should not be used for babies weighing more than 20 kg.
- The mini-crib model should not be used for babies weighing more than 8 kg.
- For removable cover mattresses, it is recommended to wash the mattress cover before use, always following the washing instructions on the label.
- It is advisable to wash with detergents and softeners specially designed for babies to minimize the risk of allergies.
- Medical professionals do not recommend the use of the same mattress for different babies.
