Orders paid by bank transfer are confirmed at the moment we receive the payment amount in our account.

If I pay by transfer, when will I receive the purchase confirmation?
The purchase confirmation will arrive when we receive the payment of your purchase amount in our bank account. Please note that, depending on the type of transfer or bank, it may take between 1 and 3 business days.
As soon as we have received it, we will notify you by email and through your customer area that the order has been accepted and is proceeding.
