In this section, we answer all questions about the shipping of our products. From the delivery times of orders to the way we ship our mattresses. Here you will find clear answers for a hassle-free shopping experience.When will I receive my order?
Our approximate shipping time is 2 to 3 business days, although if there is no stock break and no defects are detected, we usually ship orders within the next 24 business hours after confirmation.
The approximate shipping time (departure from our facilities) for the children's mattresses and compatible sizes of crib and carrycot mattress, is 5 to 7 business days after confirmation, although as in the previous case, if it is in stock, it would be shipped the next business day.
Subsequently, the destination agency may take between 1 to 3 business days more to deliver it. Therefore, it is normal that, at most, you receive your order within 6 business days after confirmation.
Shipments to the Balearic Islands can have a longer delivery time (between 24 and 72 business hours more than shipments to the mainland). Shipments to the Canary Islands can have a delivery time of 3-5 business days, and in case of not having stock in the Las Palmas warehouse, it could take up to two business weeks.
How can I track my order?
You will be able to check the different statuses of your order through your customer area. Once confirmed, the order will go through several statuses:
Accepted: when the payment for the purchase is confirmed. We will start preparing your order in the factory and/or warehouse.
Prepared: when the order is picked up from our facilities by the agency responsible for its transport and delivery.
Once picked up by the courier agency, you will receive an email from the agency with the tracking link. This way you can check the movements of your order and contact the agency if necessary.
Delivered: when the agency has delivered the order.
What happens if I am not home at the time of delivery?
The courier agencies we use for our shipments usually call or notify the customer in advance to arrange the date and time of delivery.
In case you were unable to be present at the time of delivery, the agency will attempt delivery again the next business day. You can contact them through the information you will find in the shipment tracking email.
You can also leave us a comment at the time of purchase, adding your preferred delivery times. We will communicate them to the agency so they can comply as much as possible.

Can shipments be made to other countries?
Currently we ship to Spain (mainland, Balearic Islands, and Canary Islands), Portugal (except the islands), mainland France, Germany, Luxembourg, Belgium, the Netherlands, Austria, Finland, and Denmark. Unfortunately, at the moment we do not offer shipping to other countries. We are constantly working to expand our shipping options to more destinations in the future.
How are the products shipped?
Ecus Kids mattresses are shipped vacuum packed and rolled inside plastic that allows them to maintain that state. As additional protection, we place them in a cardboard box to prevent any damage during transport. The rolled shipping facilitates handling, transport, and allows us to make a faster delivery.
Accessories such as pillows and sheets are shipped in plastic packaging and in turn inside a cardboard box.
Are there shipping costs?
Deliveries over 50 € (VAT included) have no shipping costs. Shipping costs for orders under 50 € are 6 €, non-refundable in case of return. These shipping costs apply in mainland Spain and Portugal.
For deliveries to the Balearic Islands, the cost is 9 €. In the Canary Islands, the cost is 15€. For France, 15 €. In Italy, Germany, Luxembourg, Belgium, Austria, the Netherlands, Denmark, and Finland, the shipping costs are 25 €.
