We recognize that we do not like that you want to inform yourself about our returns because we wish that our products delight both you and your little one. But we understand that this information can generate concern and that is why we want to resolve your doubts to make the process of exchange or return as easy as possible for you.Can I return the mattress?
Yes. At Ecus Kids you can make changes and returns within 30 calendar days after receiving your mattress. After these 30 days, changes or returns are not accepted unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Returns are free and there are no collection costs if there is a manufacturing defect or if the product is unused and kept in its original packaging for purchases made in mainland Spain.
For returns for other reasons, there is a collection cost of 6 € for crib mattresses, mini cribs, and carrycots, and 12 € for children's mattresses. The collection cost will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
For the Balearic Islands, the return of products without manufacturing defects, that are unused and kept in their original packaging, has a cost of 9 €. Other returns have a cost of 15 € for crib mattresses, mini cribs, and carrycots, and 39 € for children's mattresses.
For the Canary Islands, the return of all products has a cost of 15 €, except for junior mattresses, which cost 39 €.
If the mattress shows signs of incorrect or improper use, its return will not be accepted.
Can I make a size change of the mattress?
Yes. If when testing the mattress at home, you find that it does not fit well in your little one's crib or bed, either because it is too big or too small, you can exchange it for another size within the 30 calendar days for exchanges and returns.
Exchanges are free and there are no collection or new shipping costs if there is a manufacturing defect or if the product is unused and kept in its original packaging.
If the exchange is for an item of equal or higher value, the shipping of the new product will be free.
If the exchange is for an item of lower value, the shipping of the new item will cost 6 € for crib, mini-crib, and carrycot mattress exchanges; and a cost of 12 € for children's mattress exchanges, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
For the Balearic Islands, the shipping cost of the new item is 9 €. For the Canary Islands, the shipping cost of the new item is 15 €.
We recommend that you ensure the interior measurements of the crib or bed are correct, that is, the free space where the mattress should be placed. Also pay attention to the width and length measurement you are choosing before confirming the purchase.
If the mattress shows signs of incorrect or improper use, the exchange will not be accepted.
Can the accessories be returned or exchanged?
Yes. At Ecus Kids you can make exchanges or returns within 30 calendar days after receiving your item.
Returns of items are free if there is a manufacturing defect. Returns for any other reason have a collection fee of 6 €, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
If what you want is an exchange of item for one of equal or higher value, the exchange will have no cost. If the new item is of lower value, the shipping cost of the new item is 6 €, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
For the Balearic Islands, the cost of exchange or return of items is 9 €.
For the Canary Islands, the cost of exchange or return of items is 15 €.
If the item shows signs of incorrect or improper use, its exchange or return will not be accepted.
When will I receive my money refund?
Once you manage the return in your Customer Area, we will coordinate the pickup of the product with one of our agencies. When the agency has made the pickup, let us know by email so that we can check and process the refund. If you do not do this, we will process the refund when the product has arrived at the warehouse and has been reviewed, which may take longer.
You will receive your refund through the same payment method that you used for the purchase. Please note that the cost of return or exchange will be deducted from your refund.
The complete refund process may take between 3 and 14 calendar days from when we receive the product.
Are there return costs?
Returns and exchanges of our products are free for all delivery areas if there is a manufacturing defect. In mainland Spain, the return will also be free if the product has not been used and is kept in its original packaging.
If the reason for the return is any other, there are minimum return costs to cover the collection costs of the transport agencies:
For the mainland:
- Crib mattresses, mini cribs, and carrycots = 6 € return cost
- Children's mattresses = 12 € return cost
- Accessories = 6 € return cost
For the Balearic Islands:
- In its original packaging and unused = 9 € return cost
- Crib mattresses, mini cribs, and carrycots = 15 € return cost
- Children's mattresses = 39 € return cost
- Accessories = 15 € return cost
For the Canary Islands:
- In its original packaging and unused = 15 € return cost
- Crib mattresses, mini cribs, and carrycots = 15 € return cost
- Children's mattresses = 39 € return cost
- Accessories = 15 € return cost
